This product is just for one person, so why should people pay for 4 different sizes?For me personally the smallest size was good and it lasted for several weeks, but after it was warn, I tried the second (larger) size and it was too thick and uncomfortable. The two other sizes are just gigantic for me. Why this product is not sold "by size", i.e. 4 guards all of the same size and you could choose which size to order?

I grind my teeth so have been using a gum shield for over 6 years. First one was from the dentist and cost a fortune. This one is like all the others I have used since.....Excellent. moulds easily and as i have a small mouth I do have to cut a few bits off to make it more comfortable but from my experience I have had to do this with all that I have used. My last one wore out after 2 and a bit years. My dentist told me to use the tablets for sterilizing baby bottles to soak it in during the day and I do that with these as well.

My partner's aggressive teeth grinding drives me mad at night! I can even hear it with ear plugs in and, not only is it extremely annoying, I worry for his teeth. I was a bit dubious of buying these due to some negative reviews but I'm glad I did as these were some of the cheapest I could find and they do the job.Yes, there are multiple different sizes in the pack and some only look suitable for a child but I knew this when buying and am not bothered as he only needs one. We chose the one that fitted best and submerged it in boiling water to then mould it to his teeth. You have to work quickly but it was easy to do and fits well.This stops his teeth grinding - the only issue is him remembering to put it in at night!

I ordered this product as it is not possible to see a dentist at present and one of her suggestions was to try a mouth guard as it is likely I have been clenching my teeth due to stress. While not comfortable initially I did manage to sleep most of the first night - followed the instructions to wear for 20 minutes before bed. Second night was easier but I now realise I haven't got the shape right so have immersed in water again - very handy that this can be done. The pain I had is definitely lessening so I am very pleased with the product.

I'm griding my teeth at night so I was trying to look for a mid-range product aiming for good price - good quality balance... but this definitely wasn't a good choice. I customized the first pair, It was okay for the first night, then it started to deform and therefore began to be uncomfortable. I did the other one (I needed it mainly for the upper teeth and there's 2 upper and lower forms in it.) So I did the second one thinking I messed up something, but again, the first night it was fine, then started to deform, got tight and painful in certain parts, loose on others, many times I had to wake up in the middle of the night to take it out cos it was painful to wear it, also the silicone started to separate and sharp edges started to hurt my gums as it was separating from the inside of the guard... I'd advise you to pay a little more in hope for better quality, but I think I'm done with custom guards for a while, looking for other options...

It doesn't fit even when moulded to the teeth it falls off nothing like you would get at the dentist. I used the smallest one and it's just not tight enough on the teeth. I don't know how you would be able to sleep with them in when they arnt secure.

It isn't 100% clear from the written description that there are 2 different sizes of mouth guard in the box. And, although it states multiple times that users should be over 18, I think you would struggle to find an adult with a mouth small enough for the smaller guards. They look like kids sizes to me.Two guards for that price would have been reasonable and they do the job well being easy to fit and maintain. So I am not sure why they have included the smaller sizes in there as they will now just end up in landfill as plastic waste.

I bought these to use for tooth whitening. Most others seemed either super expensive, or super cheap and had poor reviews. These were a good price for two pairs and moulded really well. They're comfortable enough once moulded. It's worth noting that unlike the cheaper, poor quality ones - they do become soft for moulding in almost no time so you have to act quickly :-)
