Love this bit of kit.It contains a shed load of useful bits and pieces, and also provides you with a handy ebook detailing what exactly is inside the package, and of you're unfamiliar with the territory, it provides in depth description of each item and how to use it.I bought this to complete repairs on an old game console controller - the interchangeable iron tips and solder wick/solder sucker definitely made life a lot easier. Additional unforeseen repairs also meant that I'd had to use some of the wire provided to bypass a connector in the circuit - the wire provided was hardy and durable, yet easy to strip and easy to solder.Thanks to the multimeter in the kit I was able to identify the offending connector and wire that required fixing, and it saved me the heartache of completing my peripheral repair and thinking I'd botched it.Glad I bought this and didn't skimp out on just an iron.

Very useful kit. The kit have almost everything for emergency use. I had a problem with my Logitech wheel and I thought I need a new one, but I've used this kit and found out that just have a plug issue. So this kit save me a lot of money.Also I fix it with it my Christmas lights. Iron wand work perfectly.

The kit is great value for money, but the one thing that’s missing that’s pretty much vital to being able to work on anything properly is a work holder/helping hands!Edit just to clarify a bit: I understand that at such a low price point you really can't complain too much! However, I would much rather have had a work holder than the screwdriver kit they give you. I think most people will already have a basic set of screwdrivers, and if not, it's easy to go out and buy a cheap set from pretty much anywhere. For that reason I think it would make more sense to exclude the screwdriver set and instead include a basic work holder. Hopefully this would keep the kit at around the same cost.

I liked the overall kit is all you need for beginning,Includes a link to the plusivo guide to soldering which is a 46 page if i remember right guide to all your included equipment and teaches you the basics of how to solder correctly.Also its good quality items for examplr three rolls of electrical tape is included and the stickyness quality is great not like the ones you get in the £1 stores.There are a lot of good stuff in the kit,For a beginning step in to electricals i recomend this kit.

Great bit of kit for the price, the interchangeable tips allow you to work on smaller difficult jobs.Not the highest quality but again quality is higher than the reflected price in my opinion.Comes with alot of extras like insulation tape, wire cutters/strippers.Would recommend it to anyone in need of a complete kit

Honestly i got way more than I thought with this package. it came with a link to an online manual which is great as there were loads of bits in this pack that I didn't know how to use. The iron itself is great wit a few extra different shaped tips. Comes with a bunch of solder. couldn't recommend enough

This comprehensive kit will get you started and has everything you will need to get the job done. Also included via download is a comprehensive user guide for soldering basics. The iron is much thinner and smaller than my old one but did the job well. The dial to adjust the temp is small but useable.Impressive.

Ok kit and a lot for the money, sadly the probes resistance dont match the multimeter, making the continuity tester not work 😞
