I want to give negative rating but as it is not possible so giving 1.Poor quality sketch pens. Half of them were dried. I raised a replacement request but didn’t get the replacement.Even escalating the same to Naveen from Amazon team nothing was done.

Packaging is very bad very thin plastic sheet packaging of low quality. Not easy to handle and store. Such type of product needs some box packaging atleast.

I ordered this colours as my kids love colouring and they are begginers. The first time I got this item was with just the colours with some colours not working and it has not craft/colour book as it is mentioned in title. So I requested for replacement. It took almost 2 weeks for the item to be delivered and yet it's the same story their is no craft/drawing book and most of it the colours are not that great it isn't worki g properly as the ink in it most of the pens are dried up. One thing I've learnt is these products are brought to be offline and not online.

My daughter enjoyed these markers an was surprised on the amount of markers an different colors
