Super Cute TeaPot
The media could not be loaded. So, I wanted to get creative and make cold brew. I love the shape of this teapot and how thick the glass itself is. It is super easy to remove the lid and the strainer itself has very minuscule holes and love that nothing slipped through even though I used very fine coffee grounds. After pouring the hot water there were no signs of cracking or bloating as my plastic ones have shown in the past. After 48 hours the coffee poured out beautifully into my mug and exposed a very rich dark color coffee. It was easy to have it slip out and had no issues pouring. The cleaning was even better for it was easy. I thought the shape would make it hard, but in fact just washed right out. Removing the coffee ground excess was fun and water easily rinsed it out. I love this teapot and definitely recommend this to others. Thank you!

Shattered, not smashing
I had high hopes for loving this, as the shape is really attractive, including its well designed ear, and it's being a good size for me. Unfortunately, the manufacturer's packaging was totally inadequate, and this arrived shattered, though in an undamaged box, as it was just loose in the box.Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

nice but smaller than marked and not very good at actually brewing tea
The teapot does look like on the picture but it does not hold 550 ml. It was marked on the box as 550 ml but it is very obvious it cannot hold that. Filled to the top to the point where water starts spilling from the tip it holds barely over 500 ml. Filled as it is supposed to be filled with some room over the water for proper brewing, it is more like 350-400 ml at the most. The filter basket is way too short for the size of the teapot, and it is narrow, so there is not much room for the leaves to unfurl. If you were thinking about using it for flowering teas without the basket, forget about it as the lid is too small to fit without the basket and simply would fall through.I am very disappointed in the teapot, it is much smaller than promised and it performs poorly because of small/narrow basket.

But
After you remove the infuser for flowering tea, there is no top for this pot... ..Drinking lukewarm tea with no lid for the pot . Disappointed...Only flaw....
