Q: Could i use to retouch jewelry

if you mixed it with a clear resin like clear nail polish it could be used on jewelry

Q: Can you use this for embossing?

I'm not sure if it works same as embossing powder

Q: Can you mix it into candle wax or do you mix it onto candle?

if you are using a mold you can coat the mold with dry powder I use a paintbrush and dry paint the powder on ...works great on silicone molds ...then pour the hot wax into mold and it will stick to the powder to create a painted look ...or you can also mix in directly into hot wax to make it colored.
