Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  One random trip to Target, I discovered a keyboard with the beautiful, light-up option that only lit up the keys you pressed. It was a Corsair gaming keyboard for $100+. Uh, okay. Off to hunt on Amazon, I go.Would've loved a wireless option, but hey, for this price? Super nice. There are enough light settings to satisfy whatever you may be feeling at the moment. You can even change the speed of the lights, in case some option is a bit too quick for your liking (which a few lights are, I think. Was distracting when in a well-lit room but still wanting to have it look cool).I appreciate that this USB is plug-n-play. I tried this on two laptops, a Samsung Smart TV, as well as directly in a Xbox One S, and it worked on both the moment it was plugged. It provided the "clicky" keys that you just want to keep using forever. At the same time, they are a bit loud, so typing on this in the middle of the night in a quiet household can seem distracting if you're avoiding waking anyone up. But if that's not an issue, then the sounds are satisfying to hear. I also like that I'm barely applying any pressure when pressing the keys.For the price half of what most light-up keyboards are priced for with the same features, this keyboard is a great purchase. You don't have to spend too much if you want a keyboard that offers comfortable typing and fun lights. I don't use this to play games, though, so that's a factor I'm unable to touch on.

We are not gamers but my husband was intrigued by the lighted keyboard option so that he could use it to work at night with the bedroom lights off. Let's face it... it also just looks cool too. The keyboard is very solidly made, heavy and sturdy. The lighted keypads look very nice but I don't know if he'll be able to use it for his intended purpose at night because the keys do click fairly loudly. I can see where this can be an attraction for gamers to hear the "click click click" while they are gaming and it actually sounds nice typing, kind of gives an old school typewriter feel to it. It also lights in several different lighting options, which again is more suitable for gamers as you can see from the pics. Overall, though we are very satisfied. The keyboard looks great against our black glass office desk and I also love the sturdiness of it as it doesn't get pushed around by any sudden movement. I highly recommend!

So far, no complaints, other than I wish had this sooner! I do not use it for gaming, but rather for research purposes. The scientific aspect requires a lot of data entry, and along with that a lot of statistical data analysis, and this keyboard has been such a joy to use input my data. If I had this when I first started doing my research, I doubt that the input process would have been as tedious and slow without it! I also use it for some light programming, and it's been great for that as well.Yes, it's very clicky as this keyboard uses switches that are Cherry MX Blue EQUIVALENTS, so if you're not particularly fond of the noise, I suggest you look into brown switches instead.No, I did not receive this keyboard at a discounted price for my review. I bought this with my own money. :-)

The keyboard is really nice, I wouldn't give it a full 5 stars as theirs no decent packaging or manual that comes with it. Other than those things the keyboard itself is great, it's my first mechanical keyboard in a while, wasn't looking to spend over 60$ and got this. The key's are very tactile and have a nice sound to them as well. The modes are good, you can adjust brightness, speed, and type of effect as well.Overall very happy with my purchase.

The keys are tactile and very clicky. Its not too hard to press or anything and I actually really enjoy typing on it. Coming from a non-mechanical keyboard, it makes a world of difference.Oddly, the Windows key does not light up. I believe this is intended since it doesn't light up in the product image either. Also it isn't fully programmable, but the customization options are plenty.

So many flashy lights and features. Keys stick up above base -- there's no 'surround', the keys are not 'sunk into' a surrounding frame. Has an interesting light and airy yet solid feel. Unlike all other keyboards. Love the mechanical clicky keys.
