Easy to swallow capsules
The capsules are fairly small and I find them easy to swallow. They arrived promptly and the seal on the plastic bottle was intact. I'm taking them while supplementing with vitamin D3. The idea is the K2 should direct the vitamin D3 to my bones and away from the soft tissue so that calcium will not build up there. That would not be good at all. I'll always take K2 when supplementing with D3 from now on.
