It looks and feels very high end, without the unpleasant clinical/medical aesthetic that many other brands feature. I love the attached remote that allows me to change massage type and pressure. The velcro on the leg massager is high quality and stays where it is placed and positioned, even when at its peak pressure levels. Massage runs on about 15 minute intervals before turning off on its own.This product has been so beneficial to my quality of life, especially during days when I am unable to move out of the bed to get a professional massage or when I'm concerned that I am unable to move my legs enough on my own.If you are sensitive to high pressure, try starting at the lowest levels, with the leg wraps loose around your calves. If you start off with the wraps very tight and the massage levels high, it may feel painful since the massage is of such high quality and the pressure it can provide can be very strong and intense. That being said, this type of massage is less for simple comfort and more for medical conditions that may require a certain, more intense level of pressure such as this.Perfect for someone who has painful calve muscles or circulation issues, just be sure that your doctor is okay with you using it because it could be contraindicated for certain conditions. I brought my father the lower back massager with the same brand last month and he is addicted to it, so I get this leg air massager as a bonus. No surprise, he loves it too. Effects can be seen within 15 mins once it starts. It has different mode and intensity. I am considering to get one for myself as well.

I love this product. I've had it for a couple of weeks and am enjoying it so much. My circulation has been suffering recently with swelling in the feet and ankles. This massager is like hospital quality with a solid remote and cuffs. It feels very professional, like something a doctor would use, not just like something for the home. It's exactly what I wanted. If you want to have undulating waves of compression (adjustable strength) this will fill your need. I highly recommend it!

The leg massager works like a blood pressure monitor. Help relax whether I am watching tv or at the computer. Even the lightest level gives one very strong compression. I strongly recommend the massager which relieves the pain in the muscle.

These work so well for me and my Parkinson's leg pain. It's mainly in the calves so I put these on each night and it makes a big difference--really. One note is that I have fairly thin legs and I adjusted them against the circumference of my calves. It was so so strong at the least setting that I had to loosen them way out. But it was a problem that was easily solveable.

This is a high quality item. The only improvement I can think of would be a "countdown timer" to avoid guesswork., and a size large enough to accommodate the quadracep.The item arrived promptly and was put into use within 10 minutes of opening. Not Very quiet operation., but tolerable while watching T.vV.Exactly how it fits on the feet will have to be updated later, but, so far, I highly recomment this item for rehab purposes, where muscle damage would benefit from better circulation. Looks very promising for relief of "restless leg discomfort"
