We love these so much—I even bought a second pair and had them delivered to my daughter at college. They’ve really helped minimize the effects of evening screen time, making our bedtime routines more relaxed and helping us fall asleep more easily.They’re super comfortable, and I honestly forget I’m wearing them most of the time. I was a little worried I’d feel silly in them, but they’re lightweight and surprisingly flattering. I will say, they can catch people’s attention—but that just gives me an excuse to share how much they help with sleep and eye strain!

These are wide glasses, with non-bendable, non-grippy ear hook arms.If you think "I'm not a giant - I hope they fit", they probably won't fit well, and if it's a close fit, they still may slide forward or off when looking down.I did test them on blue light, and they do work according to the test card it shipped with. So they work as described, they just need bendable arms to allow for adjustments.I wish they fit, because the tint is perfect, in fact it's shocking on the eyes when you remove them after staring at a screen for a while. It feels similar to when you have to check your phone at 2AM, after waking up, while still lying in bed. Taking the glasses off felt exactly like that, that's another way I know they are effective.

Insanely durable - I wear these all day everyday and love them.

They look good, feel good, are great outdoors - but only during the day. Too dark for nightime and too dark for computer use. Basically they are sunglasses, nothing else.

Haven't crushed them on my bed so they have lasted longer than most glasses I buy. Seem nice have no complaints

These are really great quality. Seems like they have pretty maximum coverage and are durable. I’ve tried to bend them slightly to help mold them to my head but the arms won’t budge at all. Super sturdy regardless which I appreciate! I guess the main thing to consider is that they are slightly wider then average.

Comfortable on your eyes. Better vision specially at night while working on computer or watching TV. Help driving at night too.
