This is a Maxlite brand 55 watt circline fluorescent bulb with two concentric circular tubes. It is used in a variety of torchiere lamps. Each tube is a T6 (3/4 inch) diameter. The lamp has a four pin connector with the pins facing out from the lamp at a 90 degree angle, in the center of the lamp. The outside diameter of the lamp is 8-3/4 (8.75) inches.
