Lovely well made mattress protector in comfortable cotton. Washed well on 40 degrees, I left on the washing line while I was out, then my husband 'finished it off' in the tumble drier which melted the lining on the reverse! Fortunately it only damaged a small area and it didn't shrink so still fits the bed well.

Was absolutely fed up with the corner straps....always moving. This is brilliant. Love it. Deep fitted skirt that keeps in place and very goog quality material. It isn't too thick because I wanted my electric blanket heat to come through. However, if you are looking for thicker topper I would recommend this company.

Good quality product but nowhere near as deeply padded as the picture suggests. Purchased this to replace a very cheap (£2.99) supermarket budget brand and can honestly say the padding is virtually the same on the new one as the cheap one its replacing. This mattress protector fits perfectly and the elasticated skirt makes it a quality product, just disappointed as I expected a bit more padding.

This is way better than my John Lewis 100% cotton mattress protector as it actually fits my deep 27cm mattress, the John Lewis one was way too small so kept coming off, this one stays in place perfectly. The padding isn’t quite as thick though it’s more of a lightweight finish but still feels soft & comfortable on my mattress. Great value for a 100% cotton topper too.

I bought 2 of these mattress protectors. The 1st fit the mattress ok and was fine until I washed and dried it. Despite following the laundry care label it had shrunk so much that I couldn't get it back onto the mattress. At that point I tried to use the 2nd mattress protector, which I could not get onto the mattress as the elastic was too tight - I suspect it may have been washed/dried before being sold to me. My mattress is a standard king size and around 23cm deep.I am returning both mattress protectors for a refund.

Returned as on opening I saw that the filling is not cotton, so I did not even open it. Lancashire Bedding does sell superior quality products but I prefer a completely natural filling.

I was a little dubious that the skirt on the sides and top and bottom would fit our deep mattress, but they do perfectly and very snuggly. We are happy with the light padding too. Recommend it.

Wonderful product after years of buying different makers putting up with mattress protector that one wash and they would fall apart finger putting holes in the SKIRT now having used this firm before I looked at their bedding and these protectors are so much more than the usual kind, fit beautifully with strong elastic right round the skirt so no movement, pure cotton , and a generous well quilted padding I bought two so pleased ,I will buy two more ,well worth the money
