Best decision I made!
Bread slicer is awesome! I have an electric meat/cheese that works great however, I won't use it on my raisin or jalapeño/cheese or double chocolate bread because they gunk up the blade and is impossible to clean. THIS MANUEL SLICER DOES NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE!! It slices through all my specialty loaves easier and clean up is just taking a cloth or wet paper towel and wiping the blade and surface down. The suction feet work extremely well and kept the board/slicer completely stable. Game changer for me as I was hand slicing 10 specialty loaves weekly and that's hard with sourdough. I HIGHLY recommend this bread slicer. Boxed and wrapped well, came with instructions, and a tool to adjust bolts if ever needed. No damage. So glad I made this purchase.

Great value
This slicer gets the job done. Easy to clean. The suction cups work great. We use the bread machine frequently and its difficult to cut slices for sandwiches. This slicer simplified the process and produced consistent thicknesses. Wanted thinner slices for toast and for sandwiches. Considered paying more for electric option. Glad I did not pick that option. This one is easy to clean and safe to operate.

Love it!
Such a game changer!! I was fighting with different bread and serrated knives to cut my sourdough loaves and couldn’t get any pretty slices but this just made it a whole lot easier. Definitely a staple.

Get The Upgraded Model
Get the upgraded one with the wire guide on the side. Everything works great on this one, like a little buzz saw, slowly moving with your right hand as you push the loaf to the blade with the left hand. However, when the bread is sliced, it is on the right side of the blade, but will flop over in the way of the handle, so the next spin of the saw will hit the bread, knock it over and tangle it up. In other words, without the upgraded wire guide the bread tumps over in the way of the Buzzsaw handle. Spend the extra 10 bucks or whatever it is And get the upgraded model with the wire guide.

Great Gadget!
I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend the money on another kitchen gadget, but I am so glad I did. This is an exceptional product. It makes perfectly even slices at any width you choose, and is so much easier than trying to use a bread knife on crusty loaves of sourdough!

Failure to meet expectations
I had high expectations for this manual bread maker because of its popularity and great reviews online. However, after receiving the product, I was deeply disappointed. While the machine itself seems well-built, it has significant issues in actual use. Specifically, when I tried to cut my homemade 2lb sourdough bread, I found that the cutting height is insufficient, and the bread couldn't pass through the handle properly, causing it to tear. The cutting results were uneven, and I ended up with bread crumbs all over the table. For anyone who enjoys making larger loaves of sourdough bread, this product is simply not suitable. It's really disappointing because I was hoping it would be a helpful tool in my kitchen, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations.

Essential for bread baking
Amazing bread slicer. I’m mad I didn’t buy this before. I have been making bread for over a year now and I kick myself that it took me to slice my finger with the knife to order this. So much safer and easier to use!
