Why did you pick this product vs others?:The gauge is broken. The gauge reads 180 and this is supposed to get up to 150. I am ambient thermostat inside and it reads 45+ degree different from the gauge and at least 20 from the knob. It’s supposed to be precise and is not even close. Not worth the cardboard it was shipped in. Will be returning

I ordered this warming oven and the first one came dented on the top due to the box being damaged. I returned it and got a second one. Just opened it and the shelves were all placed in it instead of wrapped up at the bottom like the first one had been. It also had remnants of burnt breadcrumbs or something in the bottom of it like it had been used and drip stains on the bottom tray.For something I purchased expecting it to come new, I am disappointed that I am getting a used product. I just plugged in to see if it will heat and so far so good but if I’m purchasing a new product, I should be getting a new product.I am giving this 3 stars because I should have received a new product instead of a used one at a new product price.

Glass doors get dirty hard to clean

I used this to hold brisket at 140 overnight. What amazed me, was that i had to transport this, with 4 briskets inside, 60 miles in the back of my pickup truck while it was running on generator power, and it never fluctuated in temperature. I know this because I had a MEATER2+ bluetooth in one of the briskets on the way to Daytona International speedway and could monitor the temp from my phone. The fact that it kept consistent temp while being buffeted by wind really impressed me.

This has been working great.
