Young adult loves them
I have an autistic son with low feratin levels and gastric issues and these he takes with no problems at all. Just wish they were not as expensive and that they supplied in multipacks or subscribe and save. As they are American probably much of the cost is tax.

These are brilliant vitamins, my 8 year old son is a very picky eater but will happily eat these. He was showing signs of adhd but since thanking these he has settled down and seems more focused
