Easy to use. Just follow the instructions and go. Instructions say to use a piece of cardboard in between the bottom of the belt and the flat piece of the hole cutter, so I did and didn't have any issues. Cuts through a leather belt without issue. The included file can be used to clean up the hole a bit.Overall happy with the product. Was able to bring some of my favorite belts back into rotation after losing a fair amount of weight, so that's nice. It was definitely cheaper to buy this than it would be to replace the belts.

Unfortunately, because of the way this is constructed, each hole is actually larger than the size (as the punch increases with width). So if you are punching through thicker leather, the hole becomes even bigger. That doesn't work for my applications. However the punch was quite easy to use (I used a cardboard as suggested) on the test hole. Too bad it didn't start at 1mm.

Works good but handle starts wearing on your hand after 100 holes . Just wear a glove and all is good !

Works well for what I need it for which is to punch holes in silicone Apple Watch bands. Have not tried to use it on any other material. It's a bit of a struggle to turn the dial and change the size punch but my husband can easily do it for me. Makes nice clean holes, great price, and works easily for what I need it to do.

Decent quality and easy to use, but the sizes are not accurate. This won't matter for many people, but in particular the "smallest" one was actually slightly larger than the second-to-smallest. I measured the holes it made in a piece of cardboard with my calipers and here's what I got:4.88 mm (Claimed 4.5)4.15 mm (Claimed 4)3.65 mm (Claimed 3.5)3.25 mm (Claimed 3)2.79 mm (Claimed 2.5)2.84 mm (Claimed 2)If you need the 2 mm size, look elsewhere.Also, it gets clogged easily. I'm using it to punch thin cardboard, and if I don't clear it after every 3-4 punches, the pieces get so jammed in there that there is no way to push them through, and I instead have to fish them out one by one using a needle or sharp exacto knife. Not sure if this is a common problem with these, or if this one just doesn't have enough taper to the punches.

Bought this for venting all my new R/C tires. I am not using it for punching holes in leather or other harder material, so I cannot comment on hard use. I am simply punching holes in R/C tires. Quality seems good.

I was amazed at the price and took advantage of it by buying one of these hole punchers. I have had one for a few months now and I am glad with the results. I just have to remember to clean out the holes after making the requisite holes in the belt. Top notch quality and worth the price. Just take your time when punching the holes in your belt.

This is a really Great Belt Hole Puncher. Very strong and professional. It does its duty for years. I bought it for home use. Possibly I will use it for years. Because it is extremely strong.
