My wife and I both have issues with stiffness in the upper back and neck. With this little unit we were able to target specific areas for massage. The heat feature is great too because it really helps to loosen up the muscles. I like that I can place it anywhere on my back, neck or shoulder and I get a firm massage. The unit is quiet and rechargeable and that makes it so we can use it without being "plugged in". Very nice product.

I have used this product on my whole back. Obviously my lower back is my most sensitive area and this massager is great for all sides. I’ve also used it in my feet and it really helps as well. It’s a great massager. I highly recommended.

This Neck and Shoulder Massage Pillow arrived quickly and in a nice protected package. It will make you feel relaxed instantly. We used it while sitting up and watching TV. It did wonderful work to the neck area. We need to find a way/a position to make it more stable to massage the shoulder area. Perhaps lying down will help. Can't wait to try it again this weekend.

This feels so awesome when in use. It feels like a deep tissue massage. However, the power switch continually gets bumped and the pillow turns off.
