Let’s start with the installation. It wasn’t the easiest process, and it took a bit of time and patience to get it right. The instructions could be clearer, and some parts were a bit fiddly. I initially bought one for a bedroom and the rest of the rest of the family had FOMO so another two were purchased. By the third one, no instructions required. Stylish, quiet and easily controllable.Pros:1. App control and via remote. The instructions for the remote are poor so a bit of trial and error got the functions working. To dim the light, press and HOLD the dimming bar. To set up the app, your phone needs to be almost touching the fan to connect it to the app and then Alexa/ google. The only thing I can’t get Alexa to do is reverse the fan direction.2. It is really quiet even on the highest setting3. Good quality solid materials- nothing too plastically4. Easy set up- finding joists was the most difficult bit but also plan where your wires will go as there’s isn’t a lot of space in the top cone.4. Very stylish looking fan. Note (the wood fans are plastic which was possibly in the blurb that I missed).5. Quick delivery and well packagedCons: It’s is quite heavy (good solid motor) so plan for longer screws than those supplied.

So far this is perfect, it has bigger/longer blades than my old one and I can tell the difference just by that alone, it is not perfectly silent if that's what you are looking for although I do have mine in my bedroom because it isn't noisy either and to be honest anyway out there who sleeps with music or a tv playing well both of them are going to be louder than this fan, I can sleep easily with it and it's light is spot on aswell.... Be aware that it can be a bit awkward to fit especially if the cables coming out of your ceiling are a little bit short..... Just in case I would advise having the ability to make them longer if you need to before you buy this fan

Like others there's some technical points and observations that make things a little less perfect;To clarify, for my UK purchase there were batteries for the remote, these are AAA size.Instructions:Absolutely awlful - PLEASE get these redone as it really soured the feeling of 'professionalism' and product quality. You can work out what to do, and the actual wiring and materials are very very good, but trying to follow what is printed leaves you feeling with a what trash did I buy, which is a shame as the actual product itself is well worth the value.Remote Transmitter - as mentioned in other reviews there's no indication in the instructions where this 'fits', it actually slots into the celing mounting bracket (once you've slotted in the fan assembly).Overall there's no adverse motor noise and I've not experienced any wobble occuring. Quality is actually great, it all feels sturdy and of a decent production level.Light - the light had a FIXED light intensity, this can be change between 3 different white setting, the light isn't dimmable. This is a major downside, these days it's much more standard to have fully dimmable units, the supplier really should look to update the LED system to match today's expectations.Remote - Great for adjusting the fan speed and on/off. For the light, terrible. It seems to have to on/off the light each time to change which white colour type you want, again this is a poor configuration.So, even with the above 'niggles' it's still a really good unit, and the things mentioned, if fixed by the supplier this would get 5 stars right away
