Much Better (and cheaper) than Navage
The simplest solution is always the best. I've had a Navage unit for a couple of years now and have been so frustrated with it during that time. I follow the instructions to the letter and half the time, I can't get it to turn on because the 'on' button wont depress and I'm forced to open it and dispose of the pricey saline cartridges. No more dealing with that POS thing. Now that I have this Waterpulse Neti Pot, it works each and every time and there's no batteries to replace. If you're thinking about sinus irrigation look no further than this very simple device. Cleaning your nasal passages shouldn't have to be complicated (or battery powered).

Snoze Blast 3000, this isn't.
Living in the Western United States has meant dealing with horrid air quality as wildfires eat acres of land all around us. No matter which direction the wind blows, it draws a curtain of smoke. That means with every breath, we're filling our nostrils with little particles of ash and dust. It's been miserable. For a while I was using another brand's compressed-air-saline rinse, and to be fair it was working just fine. The thing was, each bottle didn't last long--and the first few uses blasted saline up my sinuses under more pressure than I was really comfortable with. Not to mention, the cost of each of those bottles was really starting to add up.Enter the Waterpulse Neti Pot. It's nothing fancy, just a plastic bottle with a J-tube attachment and a release valve, but it works surprisingly well. The idea is, you empty a packet of the included nasal salt (basically salt and baking soda) into the bottle, then add distilled water. Cap it off and allow the salt to dissolve completely. Then you turn the bottle upside down and press the end of the J-tube against a nostril. You're not jamming it up your nose, mind you--the goal is just to create a seal so the water goes up your nose rather than just blobs right back out. Then you press the button on the bottom of the bottle. All this button does is allow air into the bottle--gravity takes care of the rest. The water pours gently out, rather than blasting its way into your skull. This product remembers that it's a neti pot, not a pressure sprayer. It's actually pleasant. The water floods your chosen nostril (doesn't matter which one you choose), fills the sinus cavity, then pours out the other, unblocked, nostril. As the water pours out, it carries away pollutants, pollen, ash, dust, or whatever else with it. Once you're done, you've got yourself a pretty clean sniffer. If you've never used a neti pot before, I know what you're thinking.I can hear you say, "Sounds messy." Not if you lean forward over a sink, it isn't. In fact, that's what the included instructions tell you to do. "Do I have to hold my breath the whole time?" you may be wondering. No, you don't. You breathe through your mouth. You don't hold your breath at all. You're also not committed to doing the entire bottle in one go. My own approach is to flood one nostril and let it pour out the other for about half a bottle, then switch nostrils. Works pretty well! The end result is that you're breathing much freer. Congestion clears pretty quickly. Any dry crustiness you might have had before now blows out without much effort. Use it before bed, and you may find it easier to fall asleep without needing those sticky strips to hold your nose open. If you use Flonase, use the neti pot first so that the medicine actually contacts your sinuses--it'll work better this way.Best yet, your cost-per-use is quite small. The bottle rinses clean, and it's ready for you when next you need it. You can also buy more salt packets right here on Amazon when the included supply runs low. What's not to like?

Good Product
Easy to use. Seems fairly sturdy. The prepping is a little bit of a pain because you have to use distilled water bit that happens with this type of items.

Works great!
So I wanted to try a thing similar to a neti pot and I was so so pleased with this. Since this is my first time using one of these I was not sure what to expect, but lord was I amazed. First and foremost it is a very strange feeling going up your nose and having to breath while doing it. Almost initially made me feel like I was gonna drown or something. I think its just the initial shock of tilting your head while squirting that up inside your nostril. I just followed the directions, breathed out my mouth while doing it and can I just say the instant relief I had was amazing! My nostrils on both sides were so cleared out just wow! Totally recommend this to anyone that wants to try it!

Dont buy this one
Works ok, but not great. Should have spent more money and got a better nose flusher. Instructions are garbage. Would have been better if they had none. Thank God for YouTube. Live in the sw desert. Was hoping this was going to help with my allergies and f..Ed up sinuses from the dry air. Helped a little bit not like expected. Massaging my sinus points works better. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and get a good one.
