Yes, it works with the 4G and 3G phone card and it’s very nice and easy used

I ordered this device in anticipation of driving to AZ from California to keep my 3 year old great granddaughter entertained on her Kindle Fire. When I called HUAWEI technical support they told me to call the retailer i.e. Amazon. So that’s what I did and Amazon sent me a replacement. When I attempted to set up the device using HUAWEI’s instructions and on the phone with their tech support the device would not perform as promised and the HUAWEI tech support was also at a loss. Apparently they don’t specialize in these devices but on other product such as their phones etc. my recommend to bypass this product as it will does not perform. As a side note, I had my cell phone carrier send me a SIM card to place in the device, but it would not connect as promised. I tried to use my phone and her tablet in the car with the device and I could not access the internet. So the best thing to do is to download programs on your tablet in advance of travel, don’t bother with these kinds of devices, but buy a car with WiFi. This device is a total waste of time. You are better off using you cell phone as a hotspot over these kind of ripoff devices.

Easiest instalation ever, plug in and go.

Just does not work. Plugging this cigarrera WiFi in the car with a high-speed SIM, the device immediately captures the USIM and the button turns green indicating that captures 4G easily. However, cell phones that capture around them and a laptop does not work. It does not send the Internet signal to these devices. There is no way.
