Good quality nut.
Great walnuts we snack on them all the time. Great for your health and stops us eating other more processed snacks. Anyhow Michael Mosley (RIP the legend) states good for trimming waistline and improving memory. These are a nice walnut.

Suitable for cooking
I bought these to snack on but unfortunately they do not tast nice enough for that. They are suitable for cooking and would taste fine in cakes but not on their own. I won't be buying them again but if you just want them for cooking they are a good buy. My value for money rating reflects that they were not good value for the purpose for which I wanted them but good value for cooking.
