These work great and there's 300 in each package so it's enough to last you a year and a half or not taking 1 per day! I am very severely vitamin d deficient and I've tried many other kinds and my body just didn't seem to absorb the vitamin d to get my levels up until I started taking this and now that I've been taking them for a couple months my levels are up where they should be!
