I've been taking Himalayan shilajit resin for a while now, and I've honestly noticed a real change in my daily energy. taste like coffee, is better to mix with hot milk, take care about winter week if it hardens up, you have to stick it in hot water to liquid fat again it comes with two wooden sticks with measurements on it so you know how much to scoop in with your hot milk is very effective I like it when I am done with this one. Product itself seems legit. It is thick as expected and has little taste. Too soon to know if I will see any benefits. However, the reduced rating is due to packaging. The shilajit had dripped out of the jar and had hardened in places. It took me about 20 min to get the jar open, having to run under hot water. Once opened the jar is only half full. Amazon was awesome and refunded me, but product is not returnable. Again, product seems similar to other shilajit I've had, but packaging needs improvement. Most have a safety seal and a hard plastic top under lid.
