Outstanding for Chicken Katsu
I regularly use these panko breadcrumbs for chicken katsu. Turns out extremely well. Super crunchy and much better than at most restaurants.Also seems to leave less debris in the deep fryer than competitive products I've used.

Excellent on fish and chicken
I use it whenever i can. It gives a crunchy crust to backed fish and chicken. I add spices to a bag and sprinkle over before i put my dish in the oven. Good on casserole or macaroni and cheese too. Gives your dish a little extra depth. Keep it handy for any baked or deep-fried dishes
